Not everything that the filmmakers intend to put into a movie ends up making the final cut, especially with enormous blockbusters like the Marvel films. Endings and other sequences from the films might be entirely different in theatrical versions than what was originally visioned. That is where Federico D’Alessandro comes in.
Federico is a storyboard artist and animatics supervisor for many of Marvel’s fillms, including the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron. Having worked on every Marvel film since Thor, Federico has put many of his unused animatics up on YouTube and many of them feature very different things from the finished films.
Below you’ll find three, one with an alternate ending to Trevor in Iron Man 3, another from The Avengers that features The Wasp in the line-up, and then an unused confrontation between Loki and Iron Man.
