STXfilms has premiered the first trailer for Aaron Sorkin’s directorial debut Molly’s Game starring Jessica Chastain, Idris Elba, Kevin Costner, and Michael Cera.
Chastain plays Molly Bloom, an Olympic-class skier who ran the world’s most exclusive high-stakes poker game for a decade before being arrested by the FBI.
Her only ally is her criminal defense lawyer (Elba), who learns that there’s much more to Molly than the tabloids lead us to believe.
It has also been announced that the film will have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival ahead of its theatrical release on November 22nd
