Microsoft plans to discontinue the Sunrise calendar application it offers to the Android and iOS platforms. Microsoft acquired the team behind Sunrise last year.
Sunrise will be removed from the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store within a few days and will cease working entirely on August 31.
The Sunrise team is now working to bring Sunrise’s best features to the Outlook email/calendar app for Android and iOS.
