USA Today gives us a first look at Idris Elba (Star Trek Beyond, Luther) and Kate Winslet (The Reader, Divergent) in 20th Century Fox‘s survival drama The Mountain Between Us.
The Mountain Between Us follows two strangers, stranded after a tragic plane crash, who must forge a connection to survive the extreme elements of a remote snow covered mountain.
Directed by Hany Abu-Assad (Paradise Now) from an adapted screenplay by J. Mills Goodloe (Everything, Everything) and Chris Weitz (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story).
The cast also includes co-stars Dermot Mulroney (The Grey) and Beau Bridges (The Descendants).
The Mountain Between Us is set to open on October 20, 2017.
