Sony Pictures has released a new featurette for the upcoming The Dark Tower feature based on the novel series by Stephen King.
The clip offers a first look at some of the creatures seen in the tale along with new bits of completed footage such as a glimpse of The Man in Black’s attack on the tower.
The story follows the last Gunslinger, Roland Deschain (Idris Elba), who has been locked in an eternal battle with Walter O’Dim, also known as the Man in Black (Matthew McConaughey), determined to prevent him from toppling the Dark Tower, which holds the universe together.
The Dark Tower opens in cinemas on August 4th
