BBC’s “The Day of the Doctor,” the 50th Anniversary special which aired in more than 94 countries and was shown in over 1500 theaters worldwide last night, featured teasers for the third season of “Sherlock” (premiering on January 19), the “Doctor Who Christmas Special,” and “Orphan Black” season 2, which will premiere on April 19.
