Canadian provider Telus has now narrowed down the ship date for the Samsung Galaxy S II X smartphone with a banner ad on its site. The flagship is due to arrive on October 28, and while prices aren’t being revealed, it is expected to cost $100 CAD on a three-year contract. Its specs are posted for all to browse, however.
The phone is similar to its T-Mobile counterpart and centers on a large, 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, an eight-megapixel camera with 1080p video, and a two-megapixel front shooter. Its 42Mbps HSPA+ broadband radio will be the fastest in Canada without using an LTE network, like on Bell or Rogers.
