Deadpool director Tim Miller has confirmed the first trailer for Terminator: Dark Fate, the James Cameron-produced and approved franchise refresh, will arrive in the next few weeks.
The film, which ignores the events of everything post Terminator 2: Judgement Day , brings Linda Hamilton back into the mix as Sarah Connor while also introducing Mackenzie Davis as the new main character Grace.
Arnold Schwarzenegger returns as the T-800, but Gabriel Luna serves as the new Terminator antagonist in this. Miller says of the clip release:
“I like to spend every #TerminatorDay in a dark room thinking dark thoughts & our edit bay is the perfect place! We’re here putting the finishing touches on our FIRST TRAILER – we’re just weeks away from releasing this f–ker into the wild & we’re very, very excited.”
Brett Azar and Natalie Reyes co-star in the film.
The film comes out on November 1st.
