101 Studios has sent word the long-delayed The Current War drama will have a limited release on October 4th ahead of a wide opening a week later on the 11th

The film was originally set for a Thanksgiving 2017 release via the Weinstein Company before it filed for bankruptcy. The film has had a major reedit by director Alfonso Gomez-Rejon since 101 Studios took on the film.
