Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight is returning to IMAX 70mm theaters for a limited engagement in honor of the anniversary.
The exclusive one-week engagement begins August 24th with one screening a day at the following theaters: AMC Universal Citywalk IMAX in Los Angeles, AMC Lincoln Square IMAX in New York City, AMC Metreon IMAX in San Francisco, Ontario Place Cinesphere IMAX in Toronto
Nolan was the first director to use IMAX cameras to shoot scenes in a feature film with several others soon following.
