Hey there is more to CBS All Access than Star Trek. Today the network has announced a Thursday April 9th premiere date for the fourth season of the Christine Baranski and Delroy Lindo-led legal drama The Good Fight.
New episodes will be available every Thursday on the service, with ten episodes altogether for the season which will deal with takeover themes – timely in this age of mega-mergers.
The new season begins with Reddick, Boseman & Lockhart in a very different place. Having lost Chumhum and having the Reddick name tarnished, they’ve been forced to accept an offer by huge multinational law firm STR Laurie to become a small subsidiary.
All of a sudden, all their decisions can be second-guessed by the giant firm and the partners at the firm are chafing at their loss of independence. Hugh Dancy and John Larroquette take on recurring roles this year as an STR Laurie associate and senior lawyer who now oversee the firm.
Robert and Michelle King serve as showrunners and executive producers of the series, which they co-created with Phil Alden Robinson.
