It has been fourteen years to get a sequel to Pixar’s family superhero animated film The Incredibles is high.
The first film opened back in 2004 to $70.5 million, and now the earliest tracking figure estimates are in for the new one with Box-Office Pro reporting that the film is lined up for a strong $110 million domestic opening at this point, with a total domestic gross potentially going up to $395 million by the end of its run.
Along with the ton of superhero films since the first movie’s release, The Incredibles 2 is one of the only major animated tentpoles hitting cinemas this summer with Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation the other major one.
The Incredibles 2 is slated to be released on June 15th.
