Justified and Santa Clarita Diet star Timothy Olyphant is negotiating to co-star in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood which is currently prepping for production in Los Angeles for Sony Pictures.
The story covers a group of characters in LA during the summer of 1969, up to the moment where Charles Manson’s followers murdered Sharon Tate and others in a shocking night of savagery.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Burt Reynolds, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell and Michael Madsen co-star. Olyphant’s work on the film has been scheduled around his TV commitments and so it shouldn’t be an issue.
Additionally Omega Underground reports that cinematographer Robert Richardson (JFK, The Aviator) will serve in that capacity on this film – his fourth time with Tarantino whom he’s collaborated with on the director’s three last films
