Two new international posters have arrived online today for Focus Features’ upcoming action sequel London Has Fallen!
Directed by Babak Najafi from a script by Creighton Rothenberger & Katrin Benedikt, Christian Gudegast, and Chad St. John, London Has Fallen is a sequel to director Antoine Fuqua’s Olympus Has Fallen, which earned $161 million worldwide during its theatrical release in 2013. The sequel stars Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart, Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett, Melissa Leo, Radha Mitchell, Robert Forster, Jackie Earle Haley, Charlotte Riley, Sean O’Bryan, Alon Aboutboul and Waleed Zuaiter.
London Has Fallen begins after the British Prime Minister passes away. His funeral then becomes a target of a terrorist organization to destroy some of the world’s most powerful leaders, devastate the British capital, and unleash a terrifying vision of the future. The only hope of stopping it rests on the shoulders of the President of the United States (Eckhart) and his formidable Secret Service head (Butler), and an English MI-6 agent (Riley) who rightly trusts no one.
