Man of Steel will hit theaters in another month or so and with that, the drip feed of Man Of Steel advertising is turning into more of a gusher, even if Warners and Team Superman are resisting releasing too many clips to avoid spoiling everything. Still, the poster schedule is turning into a flood with two more online.
Man Of Steel, finds writer/producers Christopher Nolan and David S Goyer working with director Zack Snyder to cook up a new, re-interpreted take on Superman’s (Henry Cavill) origin. The usual story of the Kryptonian orphan who displays super powers thanks his alien origin is present and correct, but filtered through more self-discovery and struggle of how to find his place in our society.
And even as he’s discovered by humanity at large, there is fresh danger from General Zod (Michael Shannon), who arrives on Earth and decides that Kal-El should really be more loyal to him than to this planet of weaklings.
