USA Network has decided that the Jeff Eastin drama Graceland will not be returning to our screens next summer for what it would have been its fourth season. Despite having a loyal fan base and a superb team both in front and behind the camera, Graceland’s ratings were not promising enough to secure a new season that would have helped provide better closure for the show.
Graceland Season 3 ended with many elements up in the air. With Jakes gone, the team broken, the agents pushed to their limits, and unresolved romantic issues here and there, the show’s third season did close with a bang and left a bittersweet question mark that now will not be answered by the show’s terrific writing team, led by series creator Jeff Eastin, who was the first one to break the unfortunate cancellation news to fans on Twitter.
Just got the word, there will be no more #GracelandTV. Thank you to the best cast, crew and fans in television. pic.twitter.com/DylJUIPDx7
