Victor Garber and Sonya Walger have joined the cast of Power, Starz’s new drama series from executive producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, TVGuide.com is reporting.
Created by The Good Wife’s Courtney Kemp Agboh, Power chronicles the life of James “Ghost” St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick), a New York City nightclub owner who also runs a prosperous drug network. Unfortunately, when he tries to leave his criminal ways behind him, his marriage, family and business all come under threat.
Garber (Alias, The Good Wife) will recur as Simon Stern, a renowned club owner and events guru who has the successful legitimate lifestyle that Ghost covets. Walger (Lost, Parenthood) will play Simon’s wife, Madeline Stern, who greatly enjoys the benefits and affluent lifestyle her husband’s success has provided.
The series also stars Diane Neal, Naturi Naughton, Adam Huss, Katherine Narducci, La La Anthony, Sinqua Walls, Andy Bean, Debbi Morgan, Lela Loren, Joseph Sikora, Elizabeth Rohm and J.R. Ramirez. Power will premiere this summer on Starz.
