Vine has published an update to its Windows Phone app.
The latest version of Vine allows users to save drafts that can be revisited and finished later. Vine for Windows Phone has yet to support the editing functions, however, that are available to the Android and iOS versions.
Vine is free to download from the Windows Phone Store.
