Microsoft has announced the upcoming release of World Series of Poker: Full House Pro. The free-to-play poker title will be available for Windows 8 and Xbox 360 this spring, and will feature cross-platform play. Users will receive a free stack of chips each day, and will be able to personalise their experience with avatar accessories, chip tricks and real-world casinos.
The game will feature a variety of single and multiplayer game modes, including online Pro Takedown tournaments. The Full House Poker follow-up will also feature the vocal talents of World Series of Poker announcers Lon McEachern and Norman Chad. The original Full House Poker was released on Xbox Live Arcade in 2011.
Costing 800 Microsoft Points, the game enables users to play Texas Hold ‘Em poker with up to nine friends over Xbox Live. It has since been updated with free DLC and SmartGlass support and is part of Microsoft’s Avatar Famestar promotion.
