ABC has canceled its Charlie’s Angels reboot.
Despite built-in brand recognition and heavy marketing blitz during the summer, the Miami-set reboot from Smallville duo Alfred Gough and Miles Millar failed to make a dent against heavy Thursday night competition.
Production has already been shut down. The remaining episodes will continue to air until the network makes a decision on what will take its place and when. On Thursday, Oct. 27, ABC will air The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown at 8 p.m.
