AccuWeather Gives Brian Baker the Post of Vice President of Product Experience

AccuWeather has named Brian Baker as Vice President, Product Experience, a new role that will lead the user experience and visual design for AccuWeather’s portfolio of consumer and enterprise products.

Baker joins an expanding AccuWeather product management team charged with spearheading the creation of distinctive world-class products to serve its growing global audience.

Reporting directly to Chief Product Officer, Kurt Fulepp, this position is charged with transforming the design and experience of the existing suite of AccuWeather products used by more than 300 million consumers worldwide. It will also lead the innovation to deliver highly personalized experiences that reach audiences at the time and place most relevant to their lives or business.

Baker brings over 20 years’ experience of as a creative leader in design, UX/UI, brand development, and motion graphics. His last post was  as Vice President, Design for Disney ABC Television Group, where he directed the design and user experience for video products across a wide range of Disney properties, including ABC, Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, Freeform, and Oscars.com. Previously he designed and drove development of user experience for REA Group, Australia’s leading property site, and NFL.com.
