A new update for Assassin’s Creed: Origins is coming this month. In addition to adding a Final Fantasy Chocobo horse , the update will add a new difficulty level called Nightmare. As you might expect this is going to make the game ultra-difficult. The official patch notes explain that enemies will be “more resilient to damages and more dangerous.” There is no word, however, about what else is changed.

The December Origins update also adds a much-requested feature: enemy scaling. This means the game will automatically scale enemies of a lower level to your current level. This is an optional feature, so you don’t have to have it turned on. Additionally, the update expands the Heka Chest offerings by adding new Nightmare and First Civ items.

Two new quests are included with the Origins December update, the first of which, Here Comes a New Challenger, adds the Horde mode. As in other games, this will see players facing off against an “unlimited” wave of enemies. Ubisoft says you should be at least level 32 to play Horde mode, but of course you can give it a go at a lower level. The second quest is the unnamed one that gets you the Chocobo horse.

Additionally, the December Origins update adds the goddess warrior Sekhmet to the Trials of the Gods event. It sounds like a tall task. “Are you ready to face the fiercest hunter known to the ancient Egyptians?” Ubisoft asked. The first two Trials of the Gods enemies were Anubis and Sobek, and if you missed out on fighting them, the good news is that all three–Anubis, Sobek, and Sekhmet–will be available in December.

Finally, the new update adds more items to buy in the Origins in-game store. On December 12, you’ll be able to pick up the Gladiator Items Pack, which includes the Spaniard’s Armor, the Palladium shield, and Hercules’ Gladius sword, as well as a heavy blade (the Labrys) and a spear (Neptune’s Grasp).

Then on December 26, Ubisoft will release the Wacky item pack, which comes with a mount and four weapons. Ubisoft is keeping quiet on the specifics for now, but teased that it will be “a perfect fit for the bath towel outfit.”

Origins launched in late October for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Sales were strong, apparently, nearly doubling Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate’s over their respective first 10 days.
