A 4K remaster of Assassin’s Creed Rogue, the adventure set in colonial America during the mid-1700s, Will get a 4K remaster on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Ubisoft announced today. the updated version will ship on March 20.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue debuted in November 2014, the last entry in the Assassin’s Creed franchise to be released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, to the ill-fated Assassin’s Creed Unity. Assassin’s Creed Rogue tells the story of Shay Patrick Cormac, a New Yorker of Irish descent who starts out as a member of the Assassin brotherhood. The game did come out to PC gamers in March of 2015.
The remaster of Assassin’s Creed Rogue is being developed by Ubisoft Sofia, the same Bulgarian studio that made the original game. It will run in 4K on PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X, according to Ubisoft’s announcement.
