Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is now the highest-grossing movie of the year (2024) domestically at Warner Bros.. This record was held by Dune: Part Two, until now.
This is a little bit of shock since the Michael Keaton lead film has been on digital platforms for a few weeks now. The film hit the big screen on 6th September with $111,003,345 domestic opening weekend. With all that, it is still going strong at the theater with $5,001,112 weekend domestic for the October 18, 2024 weekend, fourth place, per The Numbers.
At the time of post, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice earned the second-highest paid previews in 2024, behind Deadpool and Wolverine.
Dune: Part Two is still winning the overseas race at the WB, with a $427 million box office record against Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’s $150 million.
