BlazBlueGreat news for the people who are fans of super smooth two dimensional fighters, BlazBlue: Chono Phantasma is heading to PlayStation Vita very soon. This will be much like the version of the game on the PlayStation 3, but you can expect to see some new characters coming in and the older characters will be polished as well.

If you have never played the game before, then surely you have missed something that is just downright remarkable, the series is famed for its insanely fast one-on-one scraps, and for its rich and rewarding fighting system that begs to be experimented with.

The BlazBlue franchise did land on the PSP before in the form of Continuum Shift II and PS Vita in the form of Continuum Shift Extended in Europe and North America. That means, there is a decent chance that this game will make it to the west too.

You’ll also be able to share DLC across the PS3 and PS Vita versions, which is sort of cool feature to have in the game. The beach events are also being added to the game.

BlazBlue: Chono Phantasma is set to realease on April 24 in Japan. We’ll let you know if and when we hear anything more concrete about the game’s release date for the rest of the world.
