Indie studio Rock Pocket has confirmed that it is bringing its multiplayer competitive brawler Starflux Rivals to the Nintendo Switch.
Inspired by Smash Bros. and Worms, the title boasts destructible terrain, gravity-based gameplay, three game modes and six playable characters. Throw in environmental hazards, blocks, dashes and throws and you’ve got quite an interesting proposition – as the trailer above attests.
Built using Unity, Starflux Rivals is also coming to Steam. Rock Pocket has also revealed that another of its titles, Shiftlings, is coming to Nintendo’s console too – although it’s listed for Wii U release as well, so we might need a bit more clarification on that one. Described as a “colourful puzzle platformer with a twist”, you control two characters who are tethered together through 55 challenging levels.
