Workspace rental service startup Breather has moved beyond its soft launch in Montreal to expand in New York City.
The Breather app for iOS allows users to book a private room in Flatiron, Soho or near Madison Square Garden for a certain amount of time, ranging from 30 minutes to a full day. Users book a space, and can receive access by requesting a code upon arrival. All workspaces offer free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating. Breather currently has one space in each New York location, able to accommodate five to eight people at a flat rate of $25 per hour.
A San Francisco launch is anticipated in the next couple of months.
