Cloudflare has a new outage, the second in two week. The outage has affected many popular sites and services such as Discord, OKCupid, Peloton, Feedly, and even DownDetector. DownDetector is site which many use to check the status of web service disruptions.
Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince said in a tweet that the outage is not due to an attack but a server overload.
“Massive spike in CPU usage caused primary and backup systems to fall over,” he wrote.

Due to the outage, CoinDesk temporarily showed incorrect cryptocurrency prices.
The outage so looks to be unrelated Cloudflare June 24th outages, which the firm publicly named Verizon’s network issues as the cause.
