Looking to find a larger appliance footprint inside homes, LG will show off its most advanced dishwasher, the LDT8786ST, at CES 2016.
The new model boasts innovations in rack space arrangement and in the power and direction of water and steam-cleaning techniques.
LG’s patented TrueSteam technology blasts dishes with high-temperature clouds of steam, leaving fewer water spots, the company says.
The firm claims the process also zaps lipstick and stubborn fingerprints. It also has LG”s Smart Diagnosis service, which identifies mechanical issues and helps tech troubleshoot the unit remotely, cutting home visits.
LG’s newest dishwasher is also equipped with EasyRack Plus, allowing use of three rack tiers that can be configured in a number of ways, providing more choices for item spacing. The company is offering the unit in stainless steel and black.
