Focus Features has released nine more character posters for the upcoming continuation of the award-winning series Downton Abbey which will arrive in cinemas internationally on September 13th ahead of a U.S. premiere on September 20th.
Dame Maggie Smith, Hugh Bonneville, Laura Carmichael, Michelle Dockery, and Elizabeth McGovern are all set to return while Imelda Staunton, Geraldine James, David Haig, Tuppence Middleton, Simon Jones, Kate Phillips, and Stephen Campbell Moore are all set to appear. Matthew Goode will also have a brief appearance.
Academy-Award winner Julian Fellowes penned the film’s screenplay and will produce alongside Gareth Neame and Liz Trubridge. Brian Percival, who directed the series pilot, directs the film.
