If you’ve fallen in love with the EK-XLC Predator series all-in-one liquid coolers, but were disappointed that it did not come with brackets to fit on AMD sockets, cry no more. Now, EKWB announced the EK-XLC Predator AMD Upgrade Kit, which is exactly what you’re expecting it to be.

Fortunately, this kit is very simple and very cheap. Rather than replacing the entire CPU block, all that this kit contains is both sides of the bracket, the rear braces, and four screws. To install it, you simply remove the standard Intel bracket, install this one, and you’re good to place the block on your AMD CPU.

With this kit, the EK-XLC Predator units become compatible with AMD sockets 939, 754, 940, AMD2, AMD2+, AM3, AM3+ FM1, FM2, and FM2+.
