Gal Gadot has confirmed that she will be returning as Wonder Woman in Wonder Woman 3. The third film will be part of James Gunn’s and Peter Safran’s DCU.

In a recent interview with Flaunt, Gadot dished details on her future as Wonder Woman while describing the meeting she had with Gunn and Safran about her role in the franchise:
“I was invited to a meeting with James Gunn and Peter Safran. They told me, and I’m quoting: ‘You’re in the best hands. We’re going to develop Wonder Woman 3 with you. [We] love you as Wonder Woman— you’ve got nothing to worry about.’ So time will tell.”
The first one Wonder Woman (2017) film was a hugh hit for the DCU. until this years’ Barbie, it was the highest-grossing film exclusively directed by a woman. Both blockbusters from Warner Bros. Pictures.
