Jillian Anderson and Rachael Taylor have both joined an upcoming, still-untitled dramatic thriller pilot in development at NBC. The Hollywood Reporter says that the pair will play sisters.
Rand Ravich is writing and executive producing the show, which features Anderson as a CEO named Meg Fitch. When her daughter is abducted (along with her entire private school class) by a mysterious villain intent on bringing those in positions of power to their knees, Fitch is forced to turn to her estranged sister, FBI Agent Susie Dunn (Taylor).
Anderson, best known for her role as Agent Dana Scully on “The X-Files,” can be seen in the upcoming “Hannibal,” also airing on NBC. Taylor, meanwhile, is known for roles in Transformers, Shutter and the short-lived reboot of “Charlies Angels.”
