The NYCC Midseason Trailer for The Penguin below gives us the first look at the impending battle between Oz Cobb (aka “The Penguin”) and Sofia Falcone, as they fight to become Gotham’s next kingpin.
The Penguin stars Colin Farrell, Cristin Milioti, Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Zegen, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Deirdre O’Connell, Clancy Brown, James Madio, Scott Cohen, Francois Chau, Carmen Ejogo and David H. Holmes.
The series is written and executive produced by showrunner Lauren LeFranc. Executive producers are The Batman’s Dylan Clark and Matt Reeves, Farrell, LeFranc, Daniel Pipski, Adam Kassanand, and Rafi Crohn. It is a joint project between 6th and Idaho, DC Entertainment, Dylan Clark Productions, and Warner Bros. Television.
The remaining four episodes kicks off with the fifth episode titled, “Homecoming,” which will premiere on October 20 on HBO and Max at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
