Yahoo has premiered the trailer for the upcoming Anders Walter-directed graphic novel adaptation I Kill Giants starring Zoe Saldana, Madison Wolfe and Imogen Poots.
Based on Joe Kelly and Ken Niimura’s graphic novel of the same name, Wolfe plays a young loner who relates more to the make-believe world of Dungeons & Dragons than the real world.
She also makes life difficult for her older sister, Karen (Poots), who is responsible for taking care of her and her brother. At school, psychologist Mrs. Molle (Saldana) takes an interest in her increasingly worrisome behaviour.
Soon the girl’s imagined life begins spilling into her real one and she becomes obsessed with what she sees as her quest: killing giants.
The film hits theaters, On Demand and Digital HD on March 23rd.
