iHome has announced three new FM radio alarm docks, all equipped with Lightning docks for later-generation Apple devices. The standard model is the iDL45, which also has a secondary USB port that can be used to play and charge older Apple devices with 30-pin connectors. Some other features include time sync, EQ controls, programmable snooze lengths, and dual alarms with custom day and time settings.
The iPL10 is essentially a more compact version of the iDL45, but also loses some features, namely the EQ and snooze length functions, as well as the secondary alarm and the ability to control which days of the week an alarm runs. Yet to be released is the iDL100 — the dock will expand on the features of the iDL45, for instance incorporating an additional Lightning port.
The iDL45 costs $100, and the iPL10 is $80. While the iDL100 hasn’t been given a release date, it’s listed at $150.
