Canadian carriers Bell and Telus will announce iPad 2 data plans within “coming weeks,” according to e-mails sent out by the two firms. The iPad 2 will officially come to Canada on March 25th, leaving little time for the carriers to plan details.
Rogers last week confirmed intentions to carry over existing iPad plans.
For the fiorst iPad, Bell is selling $15, $35 and $45 plans, the most expensive providing 5GB of regular data combined with a “tablet TV” package. Telus technically offers just a single 500MB plan for $20, but overage caps at 5GB and $30.
