Iron Man 3 continues to take the box office by storm, this time raking in an estimated $15 – $18 million when it finally made its North American debut last night.
While we’re still waiting on the confirmed numbers, this would mean that Iron Man’s third installment isn’t too far behind Marvel’s The Avengers. It opened last year with $18.7 million, making it the highest superhero midnight opening of all-time.
