Logitech has shipped its Google TV remote control app to the Android Market, letting smartphone owners with the OS control their Logitech Revue.
The app offers a trackpad and keyboard, along with virtual buttons for adjusting volume and changing channels. Setup is simple if both the Android device and Revue use the same Wi-Fi network.
The $299.99 Revue ships with its own hardware keyboard remote and is also compatible with Logitech’s popular and programmable universal remotes. An iOS app is also in the works.
