A “lifelong friend” of Michael Jackson’s is promising to tell all.
Frank Cascio, a former personal assistant to the singer, has a deal with William Morrow for “My Friend Michael.” The memoir is scheduled for this fall, the publisher announced Tuesday.
According to Morrow, an imprint of HarperCollins, the book will offer an “uplifting and definitive” account of Jackson, who died in 2009, while noting the “terribly scarred” experience of fame.
