There’s a new release on 3DS that’s stealing the headlines. It’s Square Enix‘s 3DS RPG Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3, the latest entry in the spin-off series, that’s stormed to the top of the charts with impressive numbers.
Its predecessor on DS did come to the West over a year after its Japanese release, so there’s some hope for gamers outside of Japan. Nintendo’s interest in the top 20 is limited beyond that, with Assassination Classroom: Assassin Training Plan making its debut for 3DS in 8th place, while Pokkén Tournament falls back to fifth place in its second week.
