There are many of us hoping that Picross 3D 2 will eventually get a western release. A sequel to the popular DS game, it’s a budget retail title in Japan but, should it be localised, could be a good candidate for an eShop-only arrival.
It looks like a safe continuation of the original, unsurprisingly, though will naturally have improved visuals on the 3DS. It’s also set to include some amiibo support to unlock special puzzles.
Ahead of its upcoming arrival in October, Nintendo has released some new videos to promote its charms. There’s a lengthy video with a father and daughter playing through some puzzles, along with two short TV commercials.
