A24 tweeted a brand-new poster for the upcoming horror film A Ghost Story starring Casey Affleck (Manchester By the Sea, Gone Baby Gone) and Rooney Mara (The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, The Social Network) today. The tweet also let us know that we’re getting a new trailer for the film tomorrow. A Ghost Story is directed by David Lowery (Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, Pete’s Dragon), who also wrote the script for the film.

Official Synopsis
A ghost (Casey Affleck) silently observes his grieving widow (Rooney Mara) in his beloved home.
Affleck reportedly wears a sheet for most of the film, and it was shot almost entirely in a single house. The characters are identified only as C (Affleck) and M (Mara) in the end credits. A Ghost Story premiered on January 22, 2017 at the Sundance Film Festival to largely positive reviews.
A Ghost Story also stars McColm Sephas Jr., Kenneisha Thompson, Grover Coulson, Liz Cardenas Franke and Barlow Jacobs.
Principal photography for the film took place in July and August in Dallas, Texas, finishing in September 2016. The film is produced by Sailor Bear, Zero Trans Fat Productions, Ideaman Studios and Scared Sheetless.
