Nintendo will update its line of budget-priced Nintendo 3DS games next month, with a trio of recent (and less-recent) ports for the handheld console. As of Feb. 4, Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D, and Star Fox 64 3D will be included in the Nintendo Selects collection.
All games with the Nintendo Selects stamp cost $19.99, down from as much as $35.99 for Nintendo 3DS games.
Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS is the most recently released game of the Nintendo Selects line, which serves as something like the Greatest Hits collections of the past. If anyone missed out on the Wii U gem the first time around or when the port launched in 2016, now’s a good time to get on that.
Nintendo launched Nintendo Selects in 2016, with Wii and Wii U games also receiving discounts. With both of those consoles out of the picture, it’s just Nintendo 3DS owners that continues to reap the benefits. Other 3DS games now permanently sold on the cheap include Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Tomodachi Life, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.
