The next title in the Paper Mario series, Paper Mario: Color Splash, arrives on Wii U on October 7, Nintendo announced recently at E3 2016.
Developed by Intelligent Systems, Color Splash was briefly announced during the March 3, 2016 Nintendo Direct. In his latest adventure, Paper Mario — along with familiar friends — will be tasked with restoring the vibrant colors back to a paradise called Prism Island.
While Nintendo has yet to confirm specific distribution details, retailer Amazon’s website lists a “Paper Mario: Color Splash – Wii U Standard Edition” at the suggested retail price of $59.99, which may suggest a special or limited edition may be offered at some point.
