Razer has just updated its Nostromo gaming keypad, co-developed with Belkin. The device is ergonomically designed and sports 16 programmable Hyperesponse buttons along with an eight-way directional thumb pad. A soft-touch rubberized and adjustable wrist pad holds the wrist to decrease fatigue.
The directional pad can also be programmed to direct movement or act as a number of modifier keys. The Nostromo can switch between eight keymaps on the fly. Users can store up to twenty gaming profiles on the device and program unlimited-length macros. The buttons and scroll wheel are backlit for quick referencing in dark gaming environments.
The Nostromo ships on November 29 for $70.
