SanDisk has raised the capacity of the Sansa Clip to 8GB, giving it storage for up to 2,000 songs and doubles the capacity of Creative’s best ultra-small models and quadruple that of Apple’s iPod Shuffle.
The Clip has a four-line OLED display to control the player that is still small enough to attach to a belt or clothes with its hook. The player has 15 hours of hours of battery life and has a FM radio. It supports the playing of of Audible book files as well as MP3 and WMA audio files.
Another feature that sets it apart from other small players is a built-in mic for voice notes.
SanDisk is selling the 8GB Clip for $99.99.
