The first trailer has been revealed for Playmobil: The Movie, a live-action/animated hybrid feature based on the toy line.
The story follows a young woman and her little brother who become trapped in the Playmobil world. She ventures through various play set worlds in order to rescue him with help of a misfit crew including a misfit robot, a food truck driver, a charismatic spy and an extravagant fairy-godmother.
Anya Taylor-Joy, Jim Gaffigan, Gabriel Bateman, Adam Lambert, Kenan Thompson, Meghan Trainor and Daniel Radcliffe star in the film which opens in cinemas August 16th 2019.
