Sprint today announced that it has made its LTE 4G network available in 11 new cities.
The new markets include Anderson, Muncie, and South Bend/Mishawaka, Ind.; Salina, Kan.; Hagerstown, Md.; Peabody, Mass.; Harrisburg, Carlisle, and Hershey, Pa.; Harrisonburg, Winchester, and Clarke and Shenandoah Counties, Va.; and Jefferson and Martinsburg Counties, W.Va.
According to Sprint, its LTE 4G network is now live in 43 markets around the U.S. Sprint has not provided information about the number of POPs covered by its LTE 4G network. Sprint has also improved its CDMA-based 3G network in these same markets.
