MGM and New Form have announced a February 15th premiere date for Stargate Origins, the upcoming ten-episode digital series based on the sci-fi franchise and exclusive to MGM’s new digital platform Stargate Command.
Written by Mark Ilvedson and Justin Michael Terry and directed by Mercedes Bryce Morgan (Virtual Morality), the story explores the early history of Catherine Langford (Ellie Gall) and the extraordinary portal. Young Catherine sets out to unlock the secrets of an ancient technology that could change the very course of humanity.
Connor Trinneer, Salome Azizi, Philip Alexander, Michelle Jubilee Gonzalez, Daniel Rashid, Sarah Navratil, Shvan Aladdin, Tonatiuh Elizarraraz, Derek Chariton, Justin Michael Terry and Lincoln Werner Hoppe co-star in the series.
